Help with Repast
One person answers this address, usually within two working days. There is no ticket portal and no chatbot in front of it. If you write with a recipe name and what went wrong, that is enough to act on.
Email support

Subscriptions
Billing and cancellation live in your Apple Account: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple, not us.
Allergen corrections
Send the recipe name and the label you believe is wrong. These are handled first. Background on what the labels mean is on the allergen page.
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your Apple Account. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Repast and then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. We have no ability to cancel it from our side.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Open Repast, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription. Because Repast has no account of its own, the Apple Account is the only thing that carries the entitlement — a different Apple Account will not find it.
I lost my phone. Can you recover my plans and photos?
No, and it is worth understanding why. Repast keeps no server-side copy of your plans, grocery lists, journal or photos; they live on the device and sync through your own iCloud. If iCloud backup was on, restoring the device restores them. If it was not, they are gone, and there is nothing on our side to restore from.
The planner left a night empty. Is that a bug?
No. It means nothing in the catalog satisfied every constraint you set for that night — most often a time ceiling combined with an allergen rule. The empty card offers the specific relaxation that would fill it and says how many dishes that would unlock. Repast leaves the slot open rather than quietly breaking one of your rules to fill it.
A grocery row says amount to confirm. What do I do?
Judge it at the shelf. That row appeared because the recipe gave no usable quantity — across the catalog, 35,710 ingredient lines say "to taste" and 20,790 give no amount at all. Repast marks them instead of inventing a number, so you know exactly which lines need your judgment.
I used up my planning cycles. What still works?
Everything local. Viewing and editing the plan by hand, dragging meals between nights, pinning, the grocery list and all its checking off, cook mode, timers and the journal are unmetered. The cycle allowance applies only to requests that reach the planner, and it refills each month.
Can I use Repast on iPad?
Yes. The layout adapts to the larger screen, with the week in a side column and the recipe beside it. There is no Mac, Android or web version, and none is in progress.
How do I report a wrong ingredient, a bad step or a wrong allergen label?
Email hello@eversight.io with the recipe name and what is wrong. Allergen corrections are treated as urgent and are the one category we will chase upstream, because a wrong allergen label is the one error in this app that can hurt somebody.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app and remove its data from iCloud in iOS Settings. That covers plans, grocery lists, journal entries and photographs, because none of it exists anywhere else. To delete the analytics records associated with your device identifier, email us; the app can show you the identifier in Settings.
