Steak on Friday. A quicker Wednesday. More of the dinners you loved. Tell Repast what you have in mind, as you would a friend. Its AI finds the recipes and prepares the changes, with your tastes and your week in view.
One message gives the assistant a craving and a day. It finds a recipe that fits your week, ready for you to make it Friday’s dinner.
A week that listens.A conversation with Repast: “Hey, I want steak on Friday.” The assistant finds Buttered-Up Steak, and Friday changes while the rest of the week stays in place.
You do not need to know a recipe name. Start with the food you want, the evening that changed, or the part of the menu you would like to keep.
Give the assistant a dinner preference and a day. It searches the catalog within your household settings and brings back a recipe you can review.
Tell it which evening needs a quicker meal. It can propose a faster dinner using the cooking times published with the recipes.
Describe what you want more or less of. The assistant can reshape the menu around that request while keeping your household settings in place.
The meals you cooked and the feedback you gave become useful context for what comes next. You do not start from a blank slate every week.
Perhaps a dinner earned a Loved it, while another was Not for us. Those responses tell Repast something a recipe rating from a stranger cannot: how the meal worked at your table. Your favorites, recent meals, and food preferences help guide the next set of suggestions.
Plans can grow more personal without becoming repetitive. Ask for a change whenever your mood shifts. The assistant uses your history alongside what you want now, rather than treating last week’s menu as an order to repeat it.
See how your meal journal helpsThe meals you actually cooked give the next plan context.
Loved it, Not for us, and saved favorites tell it what landed.
The assistant considers those signals with your latest preferences and request.
A chat request opens a proposed change to your existing dinner plan. You can check the replacement’s photo, serving size, cooking time, and recipe before applying it. Keep the original if you prefer, or give the assistant another detail to work with.
The same weekly plan holds the dinners you keep and the ones you change. After applying a change, update your grocery list to recalculate quantities for the new menu. Shopping amounts are calculated on your device.
The assistant searches published recipes that fit your household. Saying “steak” does not mean writing a recipe from scratch: it means finding an existing dish with ingredients and instructions you can follow.
For your first week, the dinner generator chooses the menu around your tastes and cooking nights. Conversation is how you shape that plan as life changes. Your settings, the food you have enjoyed, and the request you just made all help give the assistant direction.
Repast selects dinner recipes, arranges your cooking nights, and responds when you want something different. It works with your household size, dietary settings, available time, and food preferences. You can ask for one dinner to change without writing a new menu for the whole week. Your meal history and feedback also inform later planning requests.
Yes. A request such as “I want steak on Friday” gives the assistant a dish preference and a day. It looks for a suitable recipe in the catalog using your household settings. Review the replacement and tap Apply to update Friday. You can open the recipe to see its ingredients, serving size, and cooking steps.
Your cooked meals, ratings, favorites, and preferences help shape future planning requests. Mark a dinner Loved it or Not for us and Repast has useful feedback for its next selections. You can still ask for something different this week; an earlier preference does not mean you have to eat the same meal again.
The assistant prepares the change for you to review. Tap Apply to put it into your plan, or keep the original if the suggestion is not what you wanted. When a request needs more detail, the assistant can ask a follow-up question.
It selects from published catalog recipes with their own ingredients and instructions. Your message changes which recipes appear in the plan; it does not ask the model to invent a new steak recipe or rewrite the cooking method. You can open the suggested dish and check what you will actually cook.
New plans and chat requests need a connection to the planning service. Your saved plan, grocery list, and downloaded recipes remain available offline. Personal planning context is included when you make a request; your meal photographs are not sent to the assistant or analyzed to infer what you liked.
Tell Repast what sounds good. Let it pick the recipes, help you change the week, and use your feedback when it plans the next one.
